GENERAL INFORMATION >>>
If you're interested in participating in either the Planning or Execution of this fundraising event, we'd love to hear from you!  We have several teams that have already formed and are focused on specific needs of the Auction.  While some of these areas have limited volunteer needs, we'd still like to know if you have a specific area of interest.  If at all possible, we'll then get you paired up with that team!

Elizabeth Burgess is helping to coordinate the pairing of our volunteers with the teams that need additional help.  You can contact Elizabeth by clicking on her picture or name to send her an email.  Simply indicate your interest and availability, and she'll make sure your inquiry gets to the right Auction Team Member.  We've provided some basic details below on the areas that still need volunteers.  Thanks for your interest!

Registration / Item Logging / Check-Out | This team will be responsible for weloming guests to the Auction and informing them of all important details. After Registration is closed, they will then be responsible for inputting the winning bid amounts into our Item Tracking Program. Finally, they will assume the Check-Out responsibilities and will make sure our guests receive the items that they won.
Please Note: This role is not ideal for individuals planning to attend the Auction.

Auction Table Volunteers | We're looking for Summer Staffers (current or prior) to manage our Auction Tables.  These 2-person teams (we'll help to pair you up with someone) will be responsible for a single Auction Table, from Set-Up to Tear-Down.  Once their Auction Table has been entirely torn down, they will then assist in the Check-Out process by getting guests the items that they won.
Please Note: This role is not ideal for individuals planning to attend the Auction.

Day-Of Event Logistics | On the day of the Auction, we will be in need of (1) large vehicles for transporting items and equipment, (2) people willing to drive those vehicles, and (3) individuals willing to help out with the loading / unloading of the items / equipment.  There may also be a small need for transporting equipment after the event is complete.

Corporate Sponsor Recommendations | If you know of a business that may be interested in helping to financially support this event, we'd love to hear about them!  Priscilla Wynalda is organizing all of our communication with these potential supporters; we just need to know their Name and your relationship to them.  Please contact Priscilla for more information.

Event Set-Up | In addition to the roles listed above, we will be in need of plenty of volunteers to simply help with Set-Up on the day of the event.  Volunteers in this role will still be able to attend the entire Auction if they desire to do so.

Event Tear-Down | We will also need plenty of volunteers to help with Tear-Down after the event is finished.  We would highly recommend that this team be made up of individuals who love a challenge and have high energy levels!
