Auction Table Volunteers | We're looking for Summer Staffers (current or prior) to manage our Auction Tables. These 2-person teams (we'll help to pair you up with someone) will be responsible for a single Auction Table, from Set-Up to Tear-Down. Once their Auction Table has been entirely torn down, they will then assist in the Check-Out process by getting guests the items that they won.
Please Note: This role is not ideal for individuals planning to attend the Auction.
Day-Of Event Logistics | On the day of the Auction, we will be in need of (1) large vehicles for transporting items and equipment, (2) people willing to drive those vehicles, and (3) individuals willing to help out with the loading / unloading of the items / equipment. There may also be a small need for transporting equipment after the event is complete.
Corporate Sponsor Recommendations | If you know of a business that may be interested in helping to financially support this event, we'd love to hear about them! Event Set-Up | In addition to the roles listed above, we will be in need of plenty of volunteers to simply help with Set-Up on the day of the event. Volunteers in this role will still be able to attend the entire Auction if they desire to do so.
Event Tear-Down | We will also need plenty of volunteers to help with Tear-Down after the event is finished. We would highly recommend that this team be made up of individuals who love a challenge and have high energy levels!
